Brian, a co-worker of Gordon at Delphi, was brought into the group as the sound man, booking agent, manager, and promoter. Brian was as enthusiastic about running the sound as the vocalists were about singing. He augmented the popularity of the group with his ability to capture the perfect blend of the vocals and his promotional skills. Brian through his marketing of The Flashbacks was instrumental in the many sell-out concerts at the Princess Theatre in Decatur, AL.

Brian also decided to leave the group in 2004 when Carlos and Stan stepped aside. Brian has since retired from Delphi and devotes all of his time to his daughter Laura Ashley and his second favorite love in life horse shows. Brian now lives in the Moulton area.
