One evening the group was short handed one vocalist so Carlos thought about one of his fellow church members, Stan Leopard. After that evening’s practice and the subsequent show, the group went back to five members. Stan's vocal style and background was the perfect compliment to the other four vocalists.

Stan’s musical influences were top 40 hits of the seventies and eighties and his unique vocal style added an entire new dimension to the group.

When Carlos stepped aside in 2004 so did Stan. He decided to take time off to finish working on his log cabin, in the East Limestone area, and spend more time with his wife and family.
